1. Use of Website

This website is provided for informational purposes, including details about RTS Cafe Ravet, our menu, and to facilitate contact and ordering via phone or WhatsApp. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, damage, or disrupt its functioning.

2. Food Ordering

Orders may be placed by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our cafe. All orders are subject to availability of ingredients and items at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Delivery Terms

• Delivery is currently available only within the Ravet, Pune area, at our discretion based on distance and serviceability.
• Deliveries are fulfilled using our own delivery staff, not third-party delivery platforms.
• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may vary due to order volume, traffic, or weather conditions.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering.

4. Payment Terms

We currently accept Cash and UPI payments only. We do not accept card payments (debit/credit) at this time. Full payment is required at the time of delivery or dine-in billing, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp before preparation has begun. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
• As food is a perishable item, refunds are generally not applicable once an order has been prepared and delivered/collected, except where the order was incorrect, incomplete, or did not meet acceptable quality standards.
• Valid complaints regarding order accuracy or quality should be raised within 24 hours of delivery via phone, email, or WhatsApp, and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI) or as store credit, at our discretion.

6. Pricing

Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes, if any, will be added to your order total as per prevailing government regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Sunil Shekade Hospitality Services LLP and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in preparing and delivering food, Sunil Shekade Hospitality Services LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, except as required by applicable Indian law, including food safety regulations under the FSSAI.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
